My Review of The Wait by Marley831
I used to know this feeling rather well and so I can find this relatable. This can either be read from the perspective of a human lover/best friend/parent or of a family pet such as a dog. The question/statement at the end works as the last line as no one would fully know how they would react to losing someone close to them. Nicely done. Thanks for sharing

My Review of THE CLONE OF THE MANCHESTER TERRORIST by seriouspoet
While you are speaking the truth it is easier said than done. The media for a start is happy to stir up hatred while claiming to be a peaceful information service. Is there a chance for peace and understanding?? Not as far as I can see in the current climate. Only a severe event that would bring all together may possibly have a hope. It's hard to see how it all ends but we can only hope for a peaceful solution. Thanks for sharing

My Review of On “That” Day by SketerMichaels
On the day that war shall end and mankind put away their favourite toys then in some ways we would evolve over night to be better. Unfortunately it could be possible that we would all be dead due to a great disaster (either man made or natural). In response to your author's note I believe that unless a machine was competing against again other there would be a small chance of them fighting. There was a study done not so long ago where competing machines tried to wipe each other out. Certainly something to think about. Thanks for sharing

My Review of Boys night out (a theological satire) by JimSlaughter
Satirical and on the edge without (in my eyes) stepping over the line. It is unlikely that the figures of 4 religions would meet and get on as well as this but I will accept Satirical licence on this. If they did get one then they could well have a conversation based on your lines here. Something to think about to be sure. Thanks for sharing

My Review of LOVE by seriouspoet
In some ways I can agree with this piece although I do suggest changing the g rating in this. In some ways love has become a huge casualty in the modern life we live in. While its more demonic cousin lust seems to get the headlines and attention love appears to be fading away to becoming little more than a memory. Thanks for sharing

My Review of What's science got to do with it, Galileo? by JimSlaughter
An amusing take on an important time in scientific (and geograpic) history. Unfortunately this was a time when the church was too powerful and was viewed to be infallible. At least Galileo got the last laugh in the end as more modern science has shown. Flows and rhymes well in my opinion and I can see no problems here. Thanks for sharing

My Review of Unclad spirit by Hansi
Am a little puzzled as to why no one has bothered to comment on this one before me This interesting piece does have potential but there are a few spelling changes needed in my opinion. Other than that there are a couple of lines that I find myself agreeing with. Thanks for sharing

My Review of I of the storm. by SAnthonyH
Hearts embracing the eye of the storm when all around is chaos. This speaks of young live and a romance that is just beginning to find its feet and pick up speed. It can be frustrating when a piece takes a while to write but it is more than worth it when you finally complete it. I wouldn't be annoyed as you got it finished and personally I did enjoy it. My Review of elfqeenas friends on writers network. by wench70
I was honoured when Elfqueena graced a couple of my pieces in my early days on this site and this is sad news to me. She deserves the best care and believe that your decision was a good one. I very much appreciate this bulletin and am very grateful that you have taken the time to let all of us know. Best wishes from me. Have selected this for spotlight in the hope that more people will be able to see it

My Review of DEEPEST DEPTHS by kitty
You speak of hidden depths that can be found throughout the world around us but this can also be read about the hidden depths that can be found within a person. In a way both can be a fascinating voyage of discovery. I know I could be reading this wrong but I could see this both ways. Thanks for sharing

My Review of LITTLE KITTY by kitty
Are you talking about yourself here or a little kitten?? In a way I could say that both work and you could be meaning it both ways to see which one the reader will pick up on. Kittens are indeed playful and I guess that you are too in your own way (as long as you don't have to chase mice). Thanks for sharing

My Review of Classical Music by BobQuinn
There is something about music that can enchant (am not referring to "club music" here) and free your mind even if it only provides a temporary distraction from the problems of the day. Have not heard much classical music but I know about its abilities and can appreciate them as I do this piece. Nicely done. Thanks for sharing

My Review of A Visit from Myself by RamSlade
Was a little puzzled by this piece at first. I am not sure if it was a past or present you that visited or even if it was you at all. It certainly appears that what ever happened you were enlightened in one way or another. I believe you meant "so much so I went to bed contented". Thanks for sharing

My Review of The Gambler by michaelgallatin
Caused a much needed smile. Am not sure that there are many people who would be willing to play any against Satan much less be able to beat him. There is a phrase "the luck of the devil" and it appears that your gambler certainly had that if not something extremely close to it. Thanks for sharing

My Review of One's Zephyr Within by odinroark
I feel that there are several questions this piece which would cause most readers to consider them. I personally think that you have done fantastically well in putting a piece to the picture. I can see no problems with this piece and believe that it should be in the spotlight. Thanks for sharing

My Review of Awakening by Stella
I am not sure that anyone can answer the question at the end of this piece with 100% certainty and correctness. Everyone will have their own reason or version for why (or indeed why not). You have given the reader a lot to think about but whether they choose to believe or deny is up to them. Thanks for sharing

My Review of NAUGHTY EVE. by kashaw
Sounds like an extremely naughty Eve. This may be about Eve of the creation myths but it does point to something else as well. Well written to show two different ways of reading in one and both of them work very well in my opinion. Fully deserving of a place in the spotlight. Thanks for sharing

My Review of Skeletons by augustrush
Skeletons are not frightening in themselves unless they are still living. It appears to me that you fear your potential especially when you get angry. There is a lot of thought on this and I would say that there are plenty of people who would be able to relate to this very easily. Thanks for sharing

My Review of Drive with care by matelotrod
There are increasing numbers of lunatics and idiots on the road these days who seem incapable of following the rules once they have passed their test (if they even bothered to take it in the first place ). At least you are keeping the decision your own and avoiding potential harm. Stay safe sir. Thanks for sharing

My Review of AURORA by kashaw
One of the more calm and romantic chapters and it is great to read. It breaks up the horror chapters and lulls the reader into a false sense of security before it starts up again. For now let them both dance, sing and enjoy themselves as the darkness is fast approaching. Thanks for sharing.

My Review of NOBODY CARES! NOBODY CARES! by Galacticbeam
An interesting reflection on modern society to my eyes. In some ways people do not care about you as long as you don't offend their beliefs or get in their way. While people may cry most of the time they are not heard or are ignored unless they are deemed important by incomprehensible rules. Can find no problems with this piece. Thanks for sharing

My Review of Ambition by odinroark
While we may build and create fantastic things and futures we do not fully understand everything that we have achieved. While we may eventually comprehend all that we have done it may be too late to undo the damage that we caused. Our destination is unknown and we can only hope to reach it with a little more knowledge. Thanks for sharing

My Review of MISTY BLUE by kitty
If a couple have lasted through all their adventures then it shows that their love was sure and true. They have the memories of their travels but they also have gsined experience. Memories of some things fade away quickly but important lessons can stick with you for a lifetime. This in a way is a lesson in itself. Thanks for sharing

My Review of SNAKE BITE. A chapter taken from THE JAW. by kashaw
Ouch. Sounds like a nasty way to die. If they do not have any way to treat him then all they could (and should) possibly do is put him out of his misery and possible agony. By the sounds of it the guy is near enough dead already so. I believe you meant "I can't do anything about this" and "we can't hang about". Thanks for sharing

My Review of CABIN FEVER by babyboomer68
Cabin fever is not at all fun. While depression is certainly part of the problem it is not all of it. Of course it can affect different people in different ways and not everyone will feel it the same way. Thankfully winter will soon be over and spring is on its way bringing happiness with it.
