The Burning Mirror

I see my face; in the burning Mirror.
I love to run away, with God acting as my Secret Tutor.

Love cleanses my Soul; I witness it in the Burning Mirror.
Time kills my Skills; I avoid it with an Avenging Terror.

When I am happy, I am burning with the Mirror.
When I am silent, I am the Burning Mirror.

Love cleanses my Soul.
Blood and death never stops me from reaching my Goal.

I know that the Fire will burn me.
Even then I give my desire as its fuel for me to reincarnate.

Then I take the burning mirror in my hand and taste it.
When they see me doing that, even Vampires vanish away in fear and tears.

Everyone of us have a Burning Mirror in front of us.
We can escape from everything; but not from ourselves, and the Burning Mirror.

It chases you, till the time you are burnt.
I am the only One who can see it; right into its eyes.

That is why, I am Mr. Stellar; rest of all are mere Mortals.

Loved It
I loved the imagery and the language...
I loved the flow and the message...
I loved the intensity of it...
I loved everything about this poem!!!

The way you wrote it is unique and that's a good sign for a poet. The entire idea of it was so well though out that I had to read it again to absorb everything. Its truly a magnificent piece, worthy of such praise.

Well done on this poem, I truly loved it. Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing.

Thanks a lot Zane! I am quite happy such a deep piece is understood by Youngsters like you. It shows that you are matured. Having said that, I am not that old. I am just 26. But this World had given me an experience and tolerance which should be there for a 50 year old. Nowadays, I wait for the right time to express my feelings. Instead of exploding, I use writing as my venting tool.

When I get free time, I will read your works and share my feelings about them. You are welcome to do so for my other works.

Thanks once again. Great to know you!

Warm Regards,
Ram Kumar.

Burnt Glass Gives Growth,
We all have our means of relativity. You have a "Burning Mirror", one person used a "Burning bush",,,but you both came out with tablets in your hands. He held the ten commandments, you came out with a pad of paper with a poem(s) on it. You are your own person, God gave you that, it's how you use it that prospers. If that mirror works for you, well use it well.

This was a great self healing tool. Your inner-self grows with strength. Thats a good thing. Keep burning Stellar, keep burning!!! Thanks for sharing. SL!! ~Andy
