Mr. Wrong  

I had my life all figured out,
I had it all in sight;
I'd go to college, get a job,
and find my Mr. Right.

But you jumped in and spoiled the plan--
I guess I wasn't smart,
You came and swept me off my feet
and stole away my heart.

To me you were the greatest guy,
I thought you were the best--
Until you took my heart and
Ripped it right out of my chest.

You left a harsh reality
embedded in my mind,
And relationship experience
I thought I'd never find.

good writing
I liked the rhyme of it and it flowed well too. You did make a typo I think, like we all do at times, Ripped it right our out of my chest. I always appreciate it when people let me know, so I'd thought I'd let you know. carmurr
