Antics

I'm going to bed
Without socks tonight
And I think my feet
Will be alright

I'm folding my blankets
With the best of care
No tight pyjamas
Or underwear

I roll myself in a blob of dough
And add some friction
To make it go
If I should die before I wake
God Almighty did Shake And Bake

Puffed up big
And ready to bury
Hey there reverend
Now what's your hurry ?
Biscuits go well
With Snow and flurry
Pass the butter please
