Sonnet- XXIV

When thou art just a common shades of dreams,
Reflection from the glade where life exist,
Though never be again to see such gleams;
The atrium hath sorrow to insist.
Sweet love, the armor of mine heart is trust
For both of us the season is the fall:
Thy painting of illusion made to last,
It riseth once again for one last call.
O green the everglade remaineth still--
With memories to share to those who care?
So let thy destiny beset my will:
In every spring there’s always hope to bear.
        Affection from the past it held mine heart,
        It hath the touch of nature’s yes thou art.
